OVERVIEW
Welcome to Bundle. In these Terms, the words “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bundle. Bundle operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Bundle is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The following terms, together with the policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), set out your rights and obligations when using the Services.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, you must not use our Services.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region of residence, and you consent to any minor dependents using the Services on devices that you own, purchase or control.
To use the Services, you may be required to provide certain information (for example your email address, billing details, payment information and shipping details). You agree that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to ensure that the information about our products displayed in our online store is as accurate as possible. However, the colors and appearance of products may vary depending on your device settings.
Please note that product information, prices and availability may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase a product. The order becomes binding once we have sent you an order confirmation and received your payment.
Purchases may be cancelled or returned in accordance with our Return Policy and the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
You will be charged the price that applies at the time of placing the order. Prices include value-added tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs will be added separately where applicable.
You agree to provide current and accurate payment information and to be responsible for all costs associated with your order.
SECTION 5 – DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF RISK
Delivery times are estimates.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer only when the consumer, or a person designated by the consumer, has physically received the goods.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content within the Services (including trademarks, images, text, videos and graphics) is the property of Bundle or its partners and is protected by Finnish and EU intellectual property laws.
SECTION 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed hygiene or cosmetic products if the seal has been broken after delivery.

SECTION 8 – DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND STATUTORY LIABILITY
Consumers have a statutory right to claim remedies for defective products. This right applies for at least two years (and in Finland often up to three years depending on product durability) and cannot be limited by these Terms.
SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or operation of such external sites.
SECTION 10 – WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, including rights related to defective goods, consumer protection legislation or liability for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
SECTION 11 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute arises from a consumer contract and cannot be resolved through negotiation, the consumer may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).
Before bringing the matter to the Board, the consumer must first contact Consumer Advisory Services (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
SECTION 12 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. However, consumers always retain the right to rely on mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence.
SECTION 13 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on our website. Significant changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
