Return and Refund Policy (Finland & EU)

Voluntary Return Policy (30 days)

We offer a 30-day return policy for all consumer customers. This is a voluntary benefit provided by the seller in addition to your statutory rights. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. This does not limit your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law (see below).

Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU)

You have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods (for example when you collect the shipment).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us with a clear statement (for example by email or using a standard withdrawal form). The goods must be sent back no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Send the product back within 14 days of your notification and keep proof of shipment.

Condition of the Product & Possible Reduction in Value

You may inspect the product in the same manner as you would in a physical retail store. If the product has been used more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functionality, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value from the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods (using the most reasonable and economical return method).

If we have not informed you in advance that you must cover the return costs, those costs cannot be charged to you.

If a shipment is not collected without a withdrawal notice, we may charge the actual costs incurred for shipping and handling.

Refund of Original Shipping Costs

In case of withdrawal, we will refund the standard delivery costs of the original shipment (the least expensive delivery option offered). Any additional cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

Payment of Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice, but we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided reliable proof that the goods have been sent back (whichever occurs first).

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Non-Returnable Items)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including:

Sealed hygiene or cosmetic products where the seal has been broken after delivery, due to health or hygiene reasons
Custom-made or clearly personalized products
Perishable goods or products with a short shelf life
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases

These exceptions are based on Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the item using the process described above and place a new order. Exchanges are handled as a return and a new purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@bundle.fi and include photos and a description of the issue.

We will resolve the matter primarily by repairing the defect, sending a replacement product or issuing a refund. This does not limit your statutory rights regarding defective goods under EU and Finnish consumer protection law.

Uncollected Shipments

If you do not collect your shipment and do not provide a withdrawal notice within 14 days of delivery, the order will be considered cancelled. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge the actual shipping costs (both directions) and reasonable handling costs.

Business Customers

This return policy applies to consumer customers only. Returns from business customers are handled case-by-case in accordance with applicable contract and commercial law.
